Mangfold i Mai er Arbeids- og velferdsdirektoratet og Bufdir sitt arrangement om mangfold, inkludering og universell utforming.

Denne gangen delte vi erfaringer fra arbeidet med atferdsdesign i Mangfoldskompasset.

Presentasjonen handlet særlig om hvordan vi har brukt ulike kommunetyper for å forstå variasjon i behov. Kommuner har ulik størrelse, ulik kapasitet og ulik erfaring med arbeid knyttet til kjønns- og seksualitetsmangfold. Dette påvirker hva slags støtte de trenger. Noen kommuner har erfaring, nettverk og egne ressurser. Andre trenger mer grunnleggende hjelp for å komme i gang, få oversikt eller forankre arbeidet.

Målet med presentasjonen var å vise hvordan atferdsdesign kan brukes til å lage løsninger som treffer ulike målgrupper bedre.
